5g baking powder


1 egg


100g low-gluten flour

Steps:


1. Prepare a bowl, pour in 100g of milk and 1 egg, and mix well by hand.


2. We prepare another bowl, add 100g of low gluten flour + 20g of fine sugar + 5g of baking powder, mix the eggs and milk and stir.


3. Stir all the ingredients together, heat a pan with a little oil, spoon a spoonful of batter and pour it down the center of the pan, spreading it into a circle.


4. Fry the muffins on low heat, ready to flip when bubbles appear, for about 1 minute.


5. Repeat the above steps for 4 or 5 muffins for 1 person.


6. Once all the muffins are on the plate, pour a little yogurt over them, sprinkle with nuts and put the fruit on top, and eat!
